技术运营经理专注于支持、维护和遵循正确的 ITIL 服务模式，以支持我们快速增长的业务。这是一个面向用户、以执行为主的技术岗位，涵盖各种日常运维工作，以及控制、规划和推动技术部基础设施和系统的进化。

技术部集系统开发、基础架构和技术运营为一体。我们与投资工程、安全部密切合作。因此基于能力与兴趣，未来的职业发展路径可通往基础架构工程、开发、安全和管理。

职责

• 负责管理终端用户支持职能，领导系统和基础架构的运营设计和日常执行。
• 诊断和排查技术故障，并跟踪解决方案找到根本原因以避免将来同样和类似的问题再次发生。
• 对ITIL有深入的了解，是熟练精通的专业人员:
  1. 能够为BCIM制定操作流程，包括变更管理，权限控制，事件管理，技术部资产管理等典型流程。
  2. 能够识别优化差距和以流程自动化为佳。
  3. 能够制定系统和基础架构的监控机制，并协调最终实施的开发资源。
  4. 维护足够的内部标准文档和操作流程。
  5. 为技术变化建立有效的沟通渠道
• 能够草拟并促进内部/外部活动所需的技术设计和实施。
• 与内部团队/外部供应商合作进行优化技术基础架构平台的可靠性、性能、延迟和效率。
• 提供全公司范围内的用户培训，并成为我们的技术大使，以更好地采用技术并识别未来优化的方向。

资格

• 至少3-5年金融行业技术方向的相关工作经验
• 大学本科及以上学历，技术工程或相关专业
• 中英文书写，口语流利，有金融或相关从业经历优先。
• 有IT基础设施运维或建设经验者优先：网络、服务器、公有云、协作通信、存储或相关专业学习。
• 拥有基金从业资格或有能力通过相关考试。
• 能在动态环境下的快速学习者：
  o 清晰的逻辑和良好的判断力；
  o 独立思考者，能够独立完成短期或长期项目，拥有判断力和强大适应能力，能在高业务量，快节奏，不断变化的环境中持续工作；

The Technology team at Bridgewater, engineer systems to understand the world. About the Role

The Technology Operations Associate focuses on support, maintenance and following the right ITIL Service model to support our fast- growing business. This is a technical, user facing, execution-focused role encompassing a wide variety of day-to-day operational tasks as well as control, planning and managing the evolution of the infrastructure and systems that Technology provides.

Technology department is an integrated department that includes system development, infrastructure, and Operations team. We work closely with investment engineering, security department so potential career development paths include infrastructure engineering, development, security, and management depending on aptitude and interest.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated who are passionate about technology and thrive in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment. Candidates must have a track record of good judgment, integrity and be aligned with Bridgewater's open and idea meritocratic culture.

 

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for managing end user support function and leading systems and infrastructure operational design and daily execution.
• Be able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical incident and trace solutions to root causes to avoid recurrence of the same and similar issues in the future.
• Have in-depth understanding of ITIL and be a proficient practitioner
  (1) be able to design practical processes for BCIM including typical processes like change management, access control, incident management, asset management etc.
  (2) be able to identify gaps for further optimization and identify areas for automation, preferred.
  (3) be able to design system and infrastructure monitoring and co-ordinate engineering resources for final implementation.
  (4) maintain sufficient internal documentation for standards and procedures.
  (5) build communicating effective channel for technology changes.
• Be able to propose and facilitate technology design and implementation for internal/external events.
• Work with internal teams/external vendors to optimize technology infrastructure and system platform, reliability, performance, latency, and efficiency.
• Provide companywide user training and to be our technology ambassador for better adopting technology and identify issue areas for further improvement.

 

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the technology sector of the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or related majors.
• Professional working Mandarin and English or above. Experience in Financial services or related is preferred.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, application service operation and maintenance or construction is preferred: network, server, public cloud, collaborative communication, storage or relevant subjects studied.
• AMAC Fund Practitioner’s License holder or can demonstrate the ability to obtain it.
• A quick learner in a dynamic environment:
  o Clear logic and good judgment.
  o Independent thinker, able to operate independently on short- and long-term goals, possesses common sense and comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  o Analytical and creative problem-solving skills demonstrated under pressure with limited deadlines.
  o Professional team-player mentality with a genuine interest in pursuing Bridgewater's common goal of excellence.
